For Spark Trade, quality equals knowledge and
experience. Beside our own internal competences,
good relations with our business partners and
customers give us access to a lot of important
skills and experience when it comes to delivering
quality. We use frontline technology for measuring
work results, and keep ourselves updated on the
rules and laws surrounding railway grinding. All
grinding trains are equipped with digital measuring
technology, and the information can immediately be
sent to and controlled by the customer. All work is
continuously documented, and the information is
handed over to the customer for evaluation and
control after the work is done. The customer can
also make random samples when needed.
Quality policy
We shall, by using competent and motivated personnel,
assure that both the customers and our demands and
expectations are fulfilled by our performance.
This means that Spark
Trade AB:
• Shall make sure that all planned work is performed
in a secure way, on time and with minimal
deflections.
• Shall make sure that the railway owner,
subcontractors and other eventual parties involved
are well informed.
• Shall on a regular level improve our quality
system, to reach what we consider to be an optimal
level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Carefully and thoroughly select our subcontractors,
to make sure that any possible misunderstandings are
avoided.
• Shall make sure that all our staff posses the right
education and skills for their respective area of
work.
• Shall, in an efficient way, make sure that eventual
mistakes and reclamations will not reoccur.
