For Spark Trade, quality
equals knowledge and experience. Beside our own internal
competences, good relations with our business partners and
customers give us access to a lot of important skills and
experience when it comes to delivering quality. We use frontline
technology for measuring work results, and keep ourselves
updated on the rules and laws surrounding railway grinding. All
grinding trains are equipped with digital measuring technology,
and the information can immediately be sent to and controlled by
the customer. All work is continuously documented, and the
information is handed over to the customer for evaluation and
control after the work is done. The customer can also make
random samples when needed.

Environment
Spark Trade’s area of work means that we at all times need to
deal with environmental issues. To make sure that our work won’t
have any negative consequences on the environment, we
exclusively use materials, transporters and subcontractors that
live up to common demands regarding environmental and security
issues.

There is not a lot of
free space on the railways. Everyday, many different
companies and contractors make use of the tracks.
Restoration projects also require a lot of
logistics, for example when big vehicles and other
kinds of equipment are transported between places

Security
Railway grinding involves many risks. The risk of causing fire
is always present, since sparks from the grinding comes in
direct contact with the surroundings. This means that weather
forecasts are an important factor to have in mind. By being up
to date on fire risk forecasts from the Swedish institute of
meteorology, and having an ongoing cooperation with SRSA -
Swedish Rescue Services Agency, we do all that we can to
minimize the risk for hazards. A major part of our
work takes part during evenings and nights. Railway grinding is
performed all year round and is planned together with Trafikverkets
traffic management. Thanks to our solid experience of the
business, we can guarantee that our work is made on the highest
possible level of security.
